Because Glenn already knew exactly what he wanted for content, it was a cinch to set up the structure for his site with semantic XHTML. From there it was just a matter of writing the CSS to replicate the design mock-ups, implementing a contact form, and setting up the gallery.
The end result is a site comprised almost strictly of XHTML and CSS, allowing Glenn to manually update with few concerns. The website boasts an RSS feed to make it easy for people to subscribe to updates, and has already received a fair amount of traffic in its time online.
