The first step was overhauling the site architecture to improve flow and usability. From there, I authored the XHTML and CSS code for the text, inert graphics, and other visual elements to reproduce the fresh new look created by their graphic designer. The site was then ready to be ported into their in-house content management system.
The final result was a website with improved accessibility and a more professional, up-to-date look and feel. It was attractive and clear in its presentation of content, more intuitive to navigate, and easier to maintain.
